Vendor Terms and Conditions – ApiWaChat.com These Vendor Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between ApiWaChat.com (“Company”, “we”, “our”) and any individual or entity (“Vendor”, “you”, “your”) who provides services, resells, or partners with us. By registering as a Vendor, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. 1. Eligibility Vendors must be legally registered businesses or individuals authorized to provide services. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 2. Vendor Responsibilities Vendors shall provide accurate information during registration. Use of Platform & Branding Vendors may market and sell services using ApiWaChat.com API and platform tools. Vendors may not misuse, modify, or replicate the ApiWaChat.com brand, logo, or technology without prior written approval. Vendors must disclose that ApiWaChat.com is an independent service provider and not affiliated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. 5. Confidentiality Vendors agree to keep all business information, pricing, customer data, and proprietary technology confidential. Vendors shall not disclose or misuse ApiWaChat.com’s data or intellectual property. 6. Compliance with Laws Vendors must comply with data protection, privacy, and anti-spam regulations in their respective regions. Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that their customers’ usage of the API is lawful. 7. Termination ApiWaChat.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate Vendor accounts without prior notice if these Terms are violated. Vendors may terminate their partnership by providing written notice. 8. Limitation of Liability ApiWaChat.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of Vendor’s use of our platform. Vendors are responsible for all claims, damages, or disputes arising from their customers’ use of services. 9. Amendments ApiWaChat.com may update these Terms from time to time.
